Vee’s Tire & Auto Repair

I really hate giving a negative review because the guys in the shop are really good people. But the fact is I'm getting in my truck every day and seeing all the money I spent on my truck is down the drain. Out of the three services I had Vee's do, two of them don't work. And I don't have the freedom to hand them my truck and patiently wait for them to correct their mistakes. It cost me money every day I'm without my truck. They've already tried to fix one of those mistakes once and it still doesn't work. I think at this point I'm better off going somewhere else.

I’ve used Vee’s since they opened. Honest and always quick. They have done everything from AC to shocks to oil changes for us. Vee’s even pulled a trapped cat out of the bottom of my Corvette! Until they opened we always had a question of where to go locally for oil changes and vehicle repairs. Done then they have taken great care of our vehicles and you’re not just a number to them.

I usually go to the dealership for my oil changes, but I decided to call Vee’s and they were able to schedule me for the very next day. I ended up running about 18 minutes behind because of heavy traffic, but when I walked in, they still greeted me kindly and pulled my car back right away. I was able to see my car the entire time, which is nice. John, the mechanic, was very informative and helpful. My car was ready about 20–30 minutes later, and I was very impressed with the customer service. I put a lot of miles on my vehicle, so finding a place I can trust matters. They definitely have a returning customer!

Loyal, honest and willing to go the extra mile. When I took my car to our normal shop to have them look at our tires after finding a piece of metal in a tire with three small kids, I was told they might get to it today if I wanted to wait, but likely wouldn't be able to until the following day. I drove to Vee's, who immediately took my car back (we had never taken any cars here prior to this event), removed the metal and meticulously checked all the tires. Fast forward to my wiper fluid not working (it was taken elsewhere for the most recent maintenance) and I went to Vee's- they got the part replaced and got me up and running again in no time. All with smiles on their faces. They are reliable and I felt as though they treated our car and myself as if I were family. As long as I live in Richmond Hill, Vee's is where we will take our cars for all their needs. Thank you, Vee's!

I brought a very special set of wheels here to have tires mounted and balanced. These are rare and discontinued Volk wheels, and Ramon at Vee’s did an impeccable job mounting the tires. They assured me there would not be a scratch on them from the install, and they turned out perfect! I’m very particular about my car and I would recommend them because it shows that they care, too!
